I do not know... as they have not been submitted as far as I know. We can't approve what we don't get to see and test.

Less than 70 spots remaining for the On-Road Carpet Nats and almost no factory drivers registered. Should be an awsome event and the largest On-ROad Carpet Nats to date. Let's get this one sold out, just need 68 more entries.

This race is shaping up to be a fantastic race. I can't wait to be a part of it.To Dawn and everyone else with ROAR working so hard. You all are doing a wonderful job of turning things around and I thank you. As i'm sure lots of other people do too. Keep up the great work.

I'm sure I'm speaking for the entire Excomm and Dawn when I say this. Thank you for not giving up on ROAR and thanks for the props. See you all in Omaha in 4 weeks.

Approval list should be available very soon. I can tell you that Novak has been submitted as well as a second brand to remain unnamed until testing is complete. Were hopeing to get more but as Dawn said we can't test and approve what the MFR's don't send.

So if you use something other than a Novak call the mfr and ask them when are they submitting.

I need to verify some info for both classes I've signed up for and make a change to transponder #s, so I went back to the sign-up page, but I did not see anything for making changes.

Any pointers?

most of the brushless motors I see for sale that are (stock spec) are 13.5, but don't we have to run 17.5 at carpet nats? I haven't found ANY 17.5 for sale?

This is what happens when mfr's market something without any real data behind it. In the begining the 13.5 was close to "stock" speed. Once the sintered rotors came out and everyone starting learning gearing these things went ballistic, not even close to 27t stock now. Closer to 19t than 27t.

I guess supply and demand will dictate that answer. Were taking a wait and see aproach and want to see how things progress in '08 with all the new BL motor rules.
