It would depend on what motor is in it, not really anything to do with the car at all.

One of the mags just tested it and I think their top speed test showed like 21 or 22 mph. But it's a stock motor so it should be slow. Fast enough for newbs though. They also talked like this truck is plausible to be sold at stores like Target and Wal-mart. That would be good for the hobby.

You're a good friend. I did the same thing when I started racing. I let a friend run my T4 for a several weekends while I was stuck with an old wore out XX-T that had very brittle plastics. It was old. But I really learned how to drive careful so I didn't break it from crashing. Just from landing. But it was fun, and now he's into the hobby big time.

Good job.

The standard 20 Turn Photon motor in there will struggle for 20mph and chews through the brushes, slam a 27 turn stocker in there.

Also keep an eye on the slipper , ball diff and idler gear as they are all pretty weak. I'm running an EXT Gear Diff and Nitro ST Idler gear on mine (Alloy)
