Ermer appears to be the man you want to talk to about getting TA05's dialed in . I'm sure he'll be at the track this weekend with us for the Hurricane Race

IndyRC that proves a great point, but I'll be REALLY impressed when you add a stock E10 to that list

I like a good challenge, but I'm not sure I'm up to racing a totally stock HPI E10 in VTA. I've already bought an aluminum center shaft and I have my eye on aftermarket shock towers and steering rack. I'll probably setup droop through shock limiters, but I still have to figure out a way to set camber and toe-in with the stock parts. Also the max FDR with the stock spur is 4.7, so I'll either under gear a 21.5 or go with 4-cell/27t.

It's only a matter of time. Then the radio shack chassis will come...

yea, i was at the Novak race also... and like Ermer said, i didnt see any VTA car that wasnt 21.5/lipo... not that there might not have been, but i didnt see any.

spirit of VTA... ill add my contribution:

i made sure the wheels and tires were shimmed out to look right with the front and rear flares, not giving a rats a@# what it would change on the handling... along with the "Junkyard Reject" look, with mismatched body parts, "faded" blue paint, and primer on the rear quarter...

had a great time, running VTA at a large race, just happy to have made the A, much less starting 5th on the grids. now, i need to practice my rolling starts for next time.

If panties are being "bent" that would be pretty gross.

It's not panties getting bent out of shape. I think it's more to do with any board in general. Someone comes on and asks a question that has already been asked and answered 10 times on the very thread so regular readers of the thread are plain sick of the question.

All the poster had to do was spend a few minutes and reading through the thread to see if it's been answered first.

I personally wish that we stick with one motor and be done with it...the more back and forth we go about motors and rules the less appealing the class becomes...for everybody.....

so I vote for all "NEGATIVE POSTS"...find something else to race...cause you are blowing my rc high...
repeat...til it sticks.....thank you for your time....

Its funny because Scooby asks that question once a page just to keep us on our toes.

For anyone waiting on Novak Havok and the 21.5 combo Tower has it now, today, listed as available:

http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXWLX1&P=ML

$150 bucks

I wonder if that means hobbyshops will also be getting their backorders in too?
