You can either heat up the solder on the posts and flick your wrist with the esc in your hand or heat up the solder posts and quickly wipe the posts on a pit towel while its still liquified
Hope this helps.

Heat up the solder and click a button and it will suck the solder off the speedo.

...first lay flat on your workbench, then hold your esc straight up in your left arm, then hold your iron up with your right hand to the posts and all the solder will heat up and gravity will work it's magic................

solder wick (desoldering braid) would prob be the best way to go, if you have some through hole stuff, a solder sucker (pictured above) works well
Or if you have the resources, I have a Metcal solder station with a solder vacuum attatchment that works great too.

tissues work great!!!
liquify the solder and stick a tissue there......the tissue absorbs the solder....or u can use a solder sucker.....or the soldering braid!
or get a piece of wire....and stik it in there....so the wire becomes 'pre-tinned' then remove the wire....and most of the solder should leave with the wire!

Hold the ESC upside down and apply the iron to the post that you want the solder to come off from. The solder will melt onto the iron's tip, wipe the tip clean and move onto the next one. Job done, easy!
