first of all...its not Carbon-kevlar its Carbon Fiber...2nd of all...its not even Real CF...its SSG or Composite...which is a Cheap alternative to the Real stuff....and the tray is made out of Carbon to save weight...Allum is heavy...carbon is at least 1/4 the weight....THIS is What REAL Carbon/Kevlar looks like.

Thanks, I know what "real" carbon-kevlar looks like. The radio tray clearly looks like interwoven carbon & kevlar in this photo, hence my asking:

SSG and composite come in ALL sorts of colors....Red Blue Yellow....it may also be the flash playing funny games....that look is basically a Sticker...if uve ever snapped a pro kit CF peice u would know what i mean.

Yeah, it was all the rage for a while to have all types of colored fiberglass with composite retailers; lots cheaper than proper carbon, especially for non load-bearing applications.

Oddly enough, I also think that woven carbon-kevlar went out of favor a few years ago, since it was discovered that it was far more effective to alternate-layer whole sheets of carbon fiber then kevlar (like in the pic you posted.)

it cant be THAT far off now.....seriously Jammin is starting to loose customer's to other brands there takin soo long to get it out.

I had heard that they are having problems getting certian pattents and thats dealying the release.... but its all hearsay so who the hell knows... i know Im one of the people who jumped off the Jammin ship because of this.... now im just gonna wait for the Associated Truggy...

i also had em on my old CRT....awsome peice....without em the servo and tank would constantly get BLASTED with Dirt from the front tires and made a mess of the front end....Im glad most modern truggy's as of late all have dirtguards.
