I've always heard good things about the KD19, here's a link. Of course you could also buy one from the many motor tuners as well.

Try The Orions and the checkpoints they seem to have more pull down the straights

The Komodo is the benchmark for all the other motors to meet pretty much. So far I run the Komodo or the new 07 spec Element by Orion is really good too.

Checkpoint Comms/brushes last longer. Try getting that out of a Komodo or Element.

What class(es) are you running? For 1/10, either the Checkpoint 19T or the Komodo Dragon motors seem to be the most popular at our indoor track. For 1/12, the Komodo is the one to get. As mentioned previously, you can either get either of these motors from your local hobby shop or track or pick one up from one of the many motor tuners out there. Try looking at www.tmxpress.net (eXpress motorsports) if you want to buy from a tuner. I have had great results with their products.

Try anything from Trent at www.t-bang.ca Hi speed tracks use the Komodo, tight tracks use the new Hemi wound C2.
