lipo problem
so i have an orion 4800 mah and i recently punched a small hole in the case with the drive shaft on my motor ( on a touring car). The drive shaft went through the case and mad a small dent in one of the lipo cells. Is this battery still safe to run? - ive done 2 charges on the battery since it happened - actually im not really sure when it happened but i know ive been running the battery with the dents

Try some of that IRS tape, it might help. Also, you might consider adding the weights to the bottom of the pack from Nexus, the should fit into the battery slots and help secure the pack better. I've seen some guys mount little "stoppers" made from lexan to their chassis as well to keep the battery from sliding toward the belt.
I wonder how long it'll be until companies offer optional chassis with the chassis milled down in a rectangular shape so the packs can fit down in the chassis a bit and not slide around as easily.

We used the same screws that came in the kit to hold the aluminium tray. We just had to make a new hole in the front (the third one).
The straps are bolted to the aluminium tray
Look another picture. Hope that helps.
