Default I would be all over it if...

they made the one I saw with all the Pro 3 parts on it. Never saw a motor that centered with inline belts. Looked great! Why not have two cars in production? NOTHING wrong with that, one for stock and one for mod. Great idea! Just make it easy to work on by having two peice aluminum bulk heads. Use Losi's design so you don't need a belt tentioner. Dreams...dreams.....man.... These companies have to do something. The new X-ray05 and Corrally are dominating.

Word has it that it's another 415 copy
Do you know if this will be replacing the Pro4, or will HPI produce two cars at once (like Tamiya).

Picture from the TITC. You can kind of see a motor mounted like the 415 on the car in front of the guy between Hara and Karn.

This is HUGE.
If they were to leak this or confirm it, I think many drivers thinking about getting the new Xray (Like Myself) would think twice and wait out HPI.
I love my pro4 and would keep it, but that new xray looks really nice.
If HPI were to say the were developing a new car, I would drop getting the T1FK05.

It looks interesting.

Companies are testing all the time though, and whether we'll ever see it again remain's unkown !!

Don't worry, the Pro 4 isn't being discontinued - it's doing too well for an outright replacement don't you think?

Default Set up for the Novak brushless motor

I just got the SS4300 brushless and I'm trying to figure out what pinion gear I need to get the best speed.

I have the 98T 64 pitch spur gear and I tried the 43 T pinion but I don't think its going as fast as its suppose to. At least I hope to God its not because if it is the Novak Brushless system SUCKS ASS!!

If anyone can help me out drop me an email at [email protected]

also does anyone know a good place to buy HPI parts onlline using paypal. I live in Taiwan.

Thanks
Jason

I think thats the stock version of their brushless system. Its supposed to be comparable to a stock motor. The 5800(i think) motor is the mod version.

Default Ver 1.0 vs Ver 1.1

Hi Guys,

My apologies if this has been asked before but anyone can help to list the differences between the 1.0 and 1.1 versions of the Pro 4.

I know the Gears and CVD are different but i was told that there are more differences, could any of you help to highlight the differences.

Thanks and Regards

Really hard to see what that car is but it doesn't look like a Pro4...not sure who that driver is.

It's definitely not Hara's car because he's running the Pro4 in that race...

pics of the pitarea..

If HPI did decide to test and sell a belt car I'm sure it would be awesome. With Surikarn on the team now it might make sense since he spent a ton of time with the 415...

It's really just the gears...the inner bevel geat stuff.
