positive tab is in front....
basically is just preference whether it's reversed or std. configuration.... you mainly want the Pos.+ wire as short as possible to the motor and esc.

I have mine just like the picture. I run the positive tab towards the back of the car for a short positve lead to the motor. I leave the negaive wire towards the front.

i should get mine reversed then, cause they said that hte + is the upper left, and when i put it in the pro4 it will be lower right, closer to the motor

but i should get reverse then right? if they say the + is upper left in the pic?

Pro4 Setup
Setting my pro4 up, for this weekends racing, the track ive seen from the pics has alot more right hand corners than left, so far as camber and droop go is there anything to gain from setting up one side differently from the other, which side should have the most or the less droop?? and the same for camber.??

Even if you get the car perfect for rights, the time you save may be lost when your car is handling poorly in lefts, or even on the straight when your car won't accelerate straight and you have to let off and counter steer to correct it. You also have to consider whether the corner is a right sweeper, as compared to a right-tight180. you'll have to set the car up differently according to what TYPE of right handed corner it is.
I've generally tried to get a perfect balance even if there are more of one corner than another. It's just the best way to make sure you car has the best overall handling.
But that's just my opinion... I could be wrong.

On a setup note, has anybody looked real close to Hara's car in the pics on the Florida site? I could be wrong but it sure looks like the left front shock is moved in hole on the front tower compared to the right front which looks like it is all the way out on the tower. From looking at the track there were quite a few right hand high speed turns and few left ones.
I have had luck changing the droop between left and right in the rear to stabilize the car on entrance to mid cornering on some rear tight corners but did not feel any difference anywhere else. I tried it this weekend. As long as it is not too drastic, changing little things can help fine tune certain characteristics at times.
Does anybody have a setup for super high bite with rubber tires? The track has as much bite as a high bite carpet track. Planning on trying the DHI setup this weekend just to see if the lowering of the roll center and raising the inner camber links will reduce some side bite and allow more corner speed without the dreaded traction roll. Not complaining, car is still working well but would like to bounce some ideas around. And no, I am not the only one rolling. In the mod class I dont think anybody had a clean run all day. Thank goodness for road rails!!!

back on battery topic for me.
as you see from the pic of my car, i have the positive to the rear of the chassis, is this at any disadvantage to having positive at the front?
