Those chargers look sick. I hear they carry a hefty pricetag? Worth the money or not?

Tekin BC112 Digital - This is the one piece of RC Equipment I will never sell. It has never false peaked . Never over charged. It Is the only charger that will charge long term stored Sanyo 3000 (practice packs) without false peaking.

Its not out yet, should be out here in Japan at the end of this month or start of next month.
I was looking to get it, but one of the guys i race with will be getting one (He already has a gfx, protrak, plus a couple more), so i will give it a test drive before i buy it.

Should be pretty good though.

www.competitionelectronics.com - the phone number is on the website, not sure if they have an e-mail listed or not, but give them a shout. I'm sure they'll either have a solution for you, or have you send it in. They are about 15 minutes from my house - good people.

Default Victor Engineering HI-IQ JR.

Hi,

A friend gave me a HI-IQ JR whose discharge function no longer work. I know there's no support anywhere else for the charger anymore so I was planning to try and fix it myself. I'm just puzzled with jumper wire installed in place of a resistor. I don't know whether the unit's already tampered so ...

Can anybody tell me what's the resistor values that should be in mounted instead of the jumper wire? I don't want to waste FETS if possible because of that jumper wire.

Sorry for hijacking the thread but I believe the few remaining VIctor Charger owners are in this thread

Thanks!

I still think that victors are one of the best around i have 2 one is a JR upgraded to and IQ3000 the other is a IQ2 plus, upgraded to the IQ3000 they still cost like 200-250 or EBAY and more if they r upgraded.

for the money the tekin bc112c is hard to beat. I wish tekin was still in business. For top end chargers the Victor Super IQ2 and T35 are the best hands down. The Victors were and still are awesome. Is the LRP competition worth the money? I need a charger that is cheap to run motors and charge my spec packs. I have a T35BL and want another to use. Should I get an LRP or a millenium pro or what?

I agree... I'm still using a BC112C with H31 software... people call it old school, I'd like to see their face when I take the Victor to the track with me
