Thanks Mike,

I have the spare fans, just not the mounts. I saw a twin fan mount that attaches to the motor, not sure what brand it is..

I picked up a 416 secondhand and need a servo saver for a Futaba. Is there a recommended one (part #)? Right now the Kimbrough I have on it doesn't seem tall enough as I had to increase the servo travel on my radio +30% to get it to equal left/right steering. Not sure if this is normal or not.

Why not use the Tamiya 51000 high torque servosaver.
This with the 3 racing single servo horn is perfect for the job

Does anybody know if the TA05 gear diff's from tamiya would fit the TRF416X?
I would like to buy 2 of these but i want to make sure they would fit the 416.

Why dont u buy a 417 diff should go straight in. I believe the TA05 has different spacing.

that's what i thought too about the TA05 gear diffs, about the 417 gear diff's i thought they have a 39T and the 416 uses a 37T gear diff.
