i have a rtr xxxt will a mf2 trans work in place of it

MF2 trans has a different design and the only was it would work is if you transfered over the whole MF2 rear end over.

No, its a completely different rear pivot area.

You would need the MF pivot plate, block design, hinge pins, motor plate, gear cover, dogbones, as well as transmission.

the pivot block setup on it is completely different, the pivot block is the thing that holds the rear inner hinge pins and lets them rotate.

so basically the chassis from rear to front is the same.all i have to replace is everything from the hinge pins to the transmission,pivot blocks ,bottom plate and whole tranny with cvds? are the arms the same,and the rear shock tower?

mf1 is plastic
mf2 has graphite
a lot of people like the plastic one better
