How to align brush hood
I just align the brush hood directly across from each other but nothing change...

It won't do much aligning them across from each other. The hoods need to be aligned seperately to gain power. What you're trying to accomplish is aligning the brush to the comm. You're taking up the "brush cock" in the hood. Take a new set of brushes, color the face with a sharpie, put it all together and spin it by hand. See where the brushes wear, it won't be in the center....This is what you're aligning it for.

when you align brush hoods it doesnt have to be straight across , you want to check for brush wear (+)and (-) side ,,, to make sure that the brush is wearing even across the com ,,, after you break in the brushes for 5 min look how they are wearing out and make adjustments based on what you see,,, how to tell when the brushes are wearing on even across the com , you pull them out after breaking and usually you see a dark side(carbon build up) and a bright side on the brush that means the brushhood is not align correctly.
