Thanks Alan!

free2day77, this is a GREAT buggy. I'm such a big fan, I just bought another one!!!!!

About the same time I bought my first OCM, I bought a Mugen MBX5R. I liked my OCM so much I didn't even bother running the MBX5R. I'm letting a friend drive it.

Can't wait to race it again!

i am very interested in this buggy. are the diff's as easy to change the fluid as the x ray buggy? also, when will the new version be released. i hear that all the weak parts have been fixed or upgraded, is this true? i just need a little more reassurance before i purchase, we have a small race team of 4 of us and we are all going to run the same buggy and truggy so we can share set up info and parts. i see the parts are really reasonably priced at amain hobbies. could be a great deal to run this as long as it handles good and is reliable. we had a few mugens that we just sold, how do these compare in handling to the mugen, are they as easy to drive, is the driveline smoother, i know the xray has a super smooth drivetrain that is really strong. thanks for the help in advance.

the new parts have really helped durability. they will make the 45 min main now without issues

drives like a mugen on/off switch more you pull faster it goes

westernpa - The OCM has the same maount of screws to change diffs as most cars on the market today...The new EVO kits I believe will be here in the next couple of weeks....I currently have over 2 gallons on my kit in just over 2 weeks and I have broken one part: a front upright, I hit a plywood jump support pretty much at full wood...anything would break, but the best thing is I finished the qualifier
I raced for mugen USA for about 5 yrs....I like the OCM alot

Diff fluids are EXTREMELY easy to change. Loosen the sway bar, remove two screws from the bottom, 4 screws that holds the rear half of the case and toe plate, and you're good to go. Super easy/fast.

I ran all weekend at the State race and didn't have any problems at all with the quality of the buggy itself. Just my mistake mounting up the front shock. Everything seems to have held up well!

I never drove my MBX5R, but as I stated in one of my previous posts, this was only my second time running my OCM, and I qualified 2nd in the Sportsman A-Main. I'm not a buggy driver either. In total this was only my second time racing a buggy. I'm a Truggy Racer....

As far as driveline smoothness. I have an XT8, CEN Arena Matrix TR, Mugen MBX5T and I'd have to say just as smooth....

Send me a email @ [email protected]

This way I'll have contact w/ ya.....

$399 is a great price for the ocm. It truly is a pro level kit for almost $200 less.

Shoot me a email and I will get you up to speed on everything. Feel free to ask me anything you need to know.

Alan, like I always say when I talk to people about OCM, you really make it easy for anyone to love OCM product. You bust your ass everyday getting people updated parts and helping them with anything. You an your team members are really doing one hell of a job.

Keep up the top notch work OCM guys

Little bit of good news......EVO's are in this shipment I also have
