Is Serpent coming out with a new 1/8 car?
Bruckner Hobbies has the 950R on sale for only $499.
That's a pretty big break from the original cost.

no serpent is not comming out with a new 1/8 on road car although they might have to with the new Evolva kicking their asses on the track and lets not forget mugen's new MRX4 Serpent is so competetive in this market that I dont doubt that they already started a brand new 1/8 on road car design

I am running the 950R. This is the latest and greatest car from Serpent. They have no Plans on a new car at this time . And personaly I think They hit the nail on the head this time. I ran the Mrx-3 For a year or more very nice car. And have Been running the 950R for 6 months now. You can Fine Tune the 950R so much more.

Just my 2 round browns. $$

Its an old thread but..

Now i got a Serpent Vector spec 97-99 (boughted 97)
and i have many problems with my vector on the track.. it doesnt
want to do what i want to do and i wonder if this old car dont perform
any better and always are gonna have those problems that i experience.

So i wonder if buying a used 950/950R maybe helps me getting rid of those problems i have? I mean its a newer car and are better technical built.

Or am i wrong of buying a used 950 and put my vector in the storage again?
