I may wait until I can buy everything all at once [chassis and front end], I've missed this year's carpet season, so my goal it to get ready during outdoor season and be ready for next winter's action.

Then again, if the car looks too sweet, I may get it asap and keep money aside for the new front end when available

LOL I hope not...it was already longer than the wheel base of the bodies I've used.

The wheelbase is a little shorter from the rear. Just had to slightly open up the rear wheelwells on the body from the RR.

Just have a quick question for someone in regards to the rear flex plates.

Can someone tell me the differences between the different flex plates. I recently bought a second DB12 and in the spare parts there were some black flex plates but they are definetly not the carbon fibre ones. The used car was an upgraded DB12R to an RR.

If someone can explain what the differences in handling should be I'd appreciate it.

G20 flex plates (the ones that came with the stock DB12RR about a 1/2 year ago) -

Black Flex Plates(Graphite?) -

Carbon Fibre Flex Plates -

The black flex plates are garolite and are the softest flex plates we made for the car. The yellow G10 ones that are .060 are the next stiffness up and then there is the G10 thick. The carbon fiber thick and thin replaced all of them.

Thanks buddy. The car pretty much falls together. Very easy assembly.
