Default Off-Road Air Filter

Hi Guys,

Was hoping if anyone can tell me if it would be alright
for me to use an On-Road Air Filter on a Buggy.? If not,
why?

How is the Off-Road Air Filter different from an On Road
version?

Thanks!

Hey Ron, got that thing up and running yet? The filters aren't really all that different. I think in general that you'd just want to get a filter holder with an elbow to get it out of the way of the engine head.

Check out MotorSaver filters, they have the best flow and filtration out there.

Ron,
You don't want to use on road filters for you buggy engine. You need that extra pre-filter to protect your C5 engine. Reason? off road tracks have MORE crap than an on road track....you need to get that extra protection.

Get this one......this is durable.

Correct. I use the standard Mugen filter PLUS an outer filter that fits over the standard one. Remember dirt/dust particles & piston/liner DON'T mix.

Hi Rod,

Its ready!
Am just waiting for the track to open so I may actually
run it on the ground. I will probably be firing up the
motor by next weekend and start breaking it in...

Cant wait!
