Buy a posi driver, or grind down your phillips flatter with a dremel... tip from an old fart.

They look just like phillips heads but shorter and stockier... they'll fit in the heads better, young man!

Default Two speed shaft

Hi Guys, i was just wondering about something.

When i dismantled the clutch and 2 speed on my RS12 and tried to fit it to a CVR, i noticed that the shaft on the CVR was not long enough. Is the longish shaft (is that the 2 speed pilot shaft)on the RS12 removable? And do i have to transfer that shaft onto the CVR to fit the 2 speed? If so, how do i go about doing it?

Thanks

Jeff

If you ure using the 3D clutch you must have an engine with SG shaft.

Or a std shaft with a converter like what Mugen makes!

For all the voner fans out there, Simon Camilleri from Oz is fifth fastest after timed practice, Simon is as close as you can get to a privateer. He runs only the same equipment that you or I would have. I don't think he would be driving a Serpent as listed, to the best of my knowledge he is using the V-one-RR with JP-S3 engine. If Simon can make the A, I think he may be a threat to the "names". Good luck you little ozzie bleeder!!!!!!!!!!

I am planning to!!

Man I cannot believe Simon is going that well!! I saw him race about 4 weeks ago at the QLD nationals and he was DANG fast there, but his engine was not as fast as the likes of the "sponsored" boys. I hope he brings home a trophy!!

But the guys are still playing cat and mouse and not showing their true times,it's going to be tough to get in the A when hell the factory boys have had got the eduardo and alberto there! geezus - anybody think 200mm nitro isn't the future of RC? The rossi brothers are there too!
