Thanks in advance!
Front bumper is VZ082
Rear mount is VZ083

Default Need V-One R parts

Hey everyone, where is a good mail order house to get V-One R parts? I can't find parts anywhere, and I have had bad experiences with Tower Hobbies. If anyone knows of a place to get parts, please let me know. Thanks alot and good racing.

DCR1TWO - Part is VZW003
Nemisis - In the US I think you are pretty much stuck with Tower.

Try Castle Hobbies in San Jose, Calif., they do phone, mail, internet orders(www.castlehobbies.com). Speedtech carries hopups but not factory parts (www.speedtechrc.com). In my area, L.A., Pegasus hobbies also carries stuff (www.pegasushobbies.com). Pegasus may not have stuff listed on line, but you may call them up to see if they'll ship stuff out. There's also Ultimate Hobbies (www.ultimatehobbies.com). They also may not list what you need, but may have parts in house. Good luck.

Can someone post all the final drive ratios for all the different pinion/spur combinations for the V-ONE R? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am too lazy. Download this sheet:

http://test.nice.com.au/ed/voner.pdf

Down the bottom are all the possible combos.

Hope this helps.

Yep a friend of mine has done this. Honestly this is one of those 1/100th mods. I rate mods in 1 second, 1/10th second and 1/100th second mods. The slight acceleration difference a light drivetrain will give you is not that particularly noticable, but your laptimes should drop very marginally. For a big track like Moorebank it may be worth the marginal difference. My friend basically cut the webbing out of the holder and it became a Y shape.

I read somewhere that 1g rotating mass is roughly equal to 10g car mass.

VWO, I recommend that you change your drivetrain shafts to titanium or hardened aluminum...that's where you can really see the difference...
