there were 2 cameras. the one you see, which showed the oval racing, and then one to the left of that as you look at the photo, which covered the road racing. can't wait for the ceiling cam!

Just a quick note to commend Mike Boylan and the Thunder Racing crew on another fine job at the annual Snowbird Nationals.

The new venue was very nice; spacious and clean. The track was very good. Racers were greeted with a smooth racing surface and a great technical road course. The oval looked equally smooth and fast as well.

The 2008 Snowbirds was the first large race for CRC’s Clik Trak Barrier system and I am happy to report nothing but positive results and positive feedback. A full week of the fastest road and oval cars pounding on the Clik Trak barriers resulted in zero failures and easy track conversions between oval and road. We received quite a few “Thank you” comments from the Thunder Racing track crew as our Clik Trak made their job much easier.

As usual, the CRC Fasttrak Carpet held up well and provided excellent grip. A big “Thank You” to the crew for making our product look great on the biggest indoor stage, the Snowbird Nationals.

It was great to see and chat with all the racers in both oval and road course. Looking forward to next year’s event!

Does anyone have links to any footage from the mains?

Other than rc50 noone seems to have posted any.

Curios to see the mains.

Track changes were super fast. The hotel was great we didn't have to change rooms three times this year ( rooms last year looked more like crime scenes from CSI ). My little girl had a big time in the pool and even though people were drinking some they still seemed to respect their surroundings. I hope we can have it there again next year. Crew did a great job, but thats nothing new, they always do! Thanks to the Boylan family and thunder crew for having another great race.

Hello racers... we had a few lower mains missing awards for the big race. Well the mystery was solved, as we had a missing box show from UPS this week. I misplaced the list of guys that wanted us to mail them - so to make it easier - if you missed a lower top 3 award please email me and I will get it out. Thanks!

While everyone else is busy posting the A & B Main videos, I decided I'd start with the lesser seen Touring Stock Foam E Main. Enjoy.
