That was my thinking. I'm running a plus 21-5 so there's no shortage of low down torque but I think i'm wasting it on wheelspin. I put the 14t on there so when I can next get racing, we'll see how it goes.

Can't we all just get along...GIVE PIECE A CHANCE!!!!! Whooda thunk that discussing something as trivial as RC car setups, and remember boys this only a hobby, could fuel such emotion. Competing views are what this world such a great place to live...we don't all have to agree with each other, what fun would that be...

Now everyone get back to your fingerpaintings and remember don't eat the glue!

I haven't ran the jammin shocks, but I am using the Kyosho big bores on my mbx-5r and so far love it. What a difference. I am using the kyosho standoff's.

If your running the stock Mugen grey springs that came with the kit, get the Option Parts longer front and rear grey springs. You have won't to use up all the spacers to make up for the short springs with longer R shocks.

+1 for the longer springs. Use half the amount of clips compared to the short springs. You can also run softer for the same ride height as you're not preloading the spring so much.
