Default First Time at Revelation

Today was our (my kid and I) first time running at Revelation. Top notch track!! Open welcome atmosphere. Great help and advice, although it did suck to hear Dana says that our BRAND NEW Losi 8ight Buggy motor was shot with less than half a gallon thru it. We pouted all the way home!! Hopefully Losi will warranty it. We will be back!!

Kudos!!!

My second time to revelations but my first race we got there plenty at like 10 and got in lots of practice but I was struggling getting my P5XS running well, one tank would be good then the next bad (it was tunning issues nothing wrong with motor). But it was a lot of fun but a lot different than our club at our club on a good day be get about 20 cars. And the way Revelations runs is so much different and well I like our setup better but you cant beat revelations track it is a great track with a nice layout. Hopefuly I can make it out again and my motor actualy runs well.

Im just bummed the whoops were pulled before the mains...I liked them, even though it made it VERY difficult to be consistent.

Where can I get more info on the OFNA race that's coming up. I'm looking to drive down from Vegas for it. Is there a flyer? Can I sign up in advance online? How much are entry fees?

Thanks,
Scott

I was consistently with those whoops in place, consistently slow that is!! But it was my first time racing and I had fun, too bad some dude hit me with his truggy while I was turn marshalling the back straight. The truggy knocked me on my a$$, gave me a cut, and a nice little limp, all that without a sorry.
