Let us put it this way, warlord, yes $84 is a lot of cash for one pack, but if you compare that one to one from say, Trinity with the same numbers, the Trinity pack will likely cost a LOT more than what you'd pay ProMatch, so relatively speaking, it's still a good deal....

Default GP3300 Shelf Life

Anyone know how long the shelf life of a new in package pack of SMC or Promatch GP3300s is before you have to use them? Will they deteriorate if they sit in hobbyshop shelves for tree months? Or 6 months? Thanks.

Not really, except to say that I've got one pack of them, & they ROCK! It's not as easy to tell in stock, but I tried it(& my more normal pack of GP3300's) in mod over the weekend, & you could REALLY tell when I had the new pack in, my car would launch down the straight like a shot from a cannon(where with the other pack it was good, but didn't stand out). I'f I could've carried that speed through corners better, I don't think anyone would've touched me(but then again, Barry Baker I ain't, lol). But there was NO doubt that the new pack has some major cajones to it....

Just when I thought higher numbers weren't possible .... My local hobby shop gets 6 insane packs in. They're SMC packs all discharged at 30 amps. All the packs were 1.18+ with the highest pack at 1.185. The IR was 2.3 - 2.5.
