Hello,

KO PROPO will be hosting a four race nitro series this coming summer. The first and third race will be held at Crystal Park Raceway and the second and fourth race will be held at SVM Raceway.


The dates are as follows:

July 22. CP
Aug. 12 SVM
Aug. 26 CP
Sep. 16 SVM

There will be two scales and two levels of class.
The scales are 1/8th and 1/10 (sedan bodies) and there will be sportsman and pro class for both scales.

The top three drivers in each pro class will receive trophies and the top three drivers in each sportsman class will receive KO Propo product. Winner shall receive a new KO Propo Helios radio, second place receiving two KO Propo servos and third will receive one KO Propo servo. Awards will be given on the day of the final race at the awards banquet. More information will be available in the next few weeks as details are sorted.



Unlike most races today we hope that this series will differ in that we are approaching the event with the attitude of giving back to the competitors on more than one level. Our goal is to not only provide a great racing experience but more importantly we hope that the overall experience helps to reignite one's passion for on road nitro racing here in Southern California. Awards will be given to all participants provided by the growing list of sponsors and the banquet is free to all who choose to participate in the entire race series.

Finally a SoCal point series for gas on-road. I've been asking for one for a few years. Too bad we cant make it 3 tracks now that Rev is gone.

With the amount of work that Brian T is putting into this series, it should turn out to be one of the best series races we have ever had in So Cal. The early list of sponsors is already very large. People will be impressed when BT post all the companies supporting this series and final details of the race.
