First of, SLOWTH, LOLOL!!!

Secondly, that puck that trickled into the net didn't help things. That happened right in front of me. Bummer. Both teams had weird puck bounces last night. We had a blast. Pittsburgh fans are the best.

Jorge and Keith have both been "close" to coming with me...I am trying! This rally event blows. The first 2 stages are closed to the public....WTF Then its gonna end on some little spectator course. Real dissapointing for my first rally ever. Dave Mirra's co-driver is from state college. I was telling him and his boys to hit the rc track...it's cheaper

I would rather participate in a race than watch some other guys race anyday!

I was reading the TRS site and saw there will some sort of spec 2wd electric sport class based upon Losi Desert trucks. It made me wonder who's starting the new class or who is getting in on it.

There is no way I would get a Desert truck, but I would definately be interested in 13.5 stock truck class. There are a lot of guys out there with GTB/Sphere ESCs, 2c 7.4v lipos, and 13.5 motors from carpet season.

All they would need to add is a $175 Team T4 and viola - stuck truck action!

Default Losi Is Testing 1/8 Electric!

There is a already a thread on RC Tech this vehicle, but I thought I would post the link.

http://www.rc411.com/pages/newsarchi...e=062008#51598

The only dissapointing thing is that it's Losi that appears to be leading the developement of 1/8 electric racing. But there are rumors that other manufacturers have vehicles in the works too.

Listen here BIRD BRAIN KYLE BUSH AND ANYONE WHO WINS LOVER/FOLLOWER how many times do I have to explain this to you------LOSI leads everyone else coppies and follows! Big Bore shocks, centrally located motors etc. they produce it people copy it. It Always sEems to me thAt thE "other" compAniEs are AblE to do this And gEt away with it. I'm actually shocked that you have not started to follow Losi because they do win alot and you always seem to pledge greatness to whoever is winning at the time!

hey guys like i said before i have been keeping tabs on the track in altoona and have set the date to july 12th when ill be down there racing my buggy. I just wanted to know some things. How big are the turnouts, is there camping around the area. I would rather not spend the big bucks on a hotel if I dont have to. Stuff like that. If you guys could help me out it would be greatly appreciated

Default CORR-Truck class

Is it going to stay as a spec or mod class. I would be in for either if truck has a class. I need to know if I really need a new motor or not, and some parts.

Tagalong, If you have an 1/8 Buggy there are always 5-10 guys to race. If you have anything else, it's very hit or miss. Sportsmans has become pretty much 'run what you brung'.

You can't camp at the track. But I was able to find a site thats not too far from the track and also close to the mall.

http://www.wrightscampground.com/index.php

I'm not a camper, so I cant really tell you if that place is any good or not. If you do a web search you might find some other options that better suit you.

PADIRT/Brian: I wouldnt change motors. There hasnt been enough electric for a couple weeks to even make a single class, let alone stock or mod or 4wd classes.
