Aside of Schumacher, Team Magic and Losi, everyone is pretty much cut of the same cloth. Serpent, being the dominant force in 1/8th scale is sure to bring someting to the EP world. Anyone hear what they are saying will seperate them from the pack?

Default Looks like an Xray

Looks like an XRAY with the black and bling, but a bit more angular. resembles many other tourers, but, nonetheless, sure to be a winner in the right hands.

Default functional design

The car is pretty impressive in the layout...
from what I've seen it's got a few nice design tricks.

shocks
bulkhead design and fittings.
shock towers are well cut
the metal parts are very light.
the mid brace for the rear bulkhead (very nice feature)
parts look pretty sturdy.

carpet version carbon fiber is quite a nice cut of material.

Jeff is putting a lot of work into the car and from what I can see Serpent has been listening to the drivers.

car has a ton of potential.

The soon to be available kits appear to be the asphalt version as the come with a front spool and 2.5 mm chassis. There will be a 3.4mm carbon chassis and thick top deck available and additional differential for carpet racing as well.
