Default Need a Tip for Drying tire foams

A buddy of mine gave me a set of wheels n tires for my Hellfire and I put them on but when I gased it them bounced like crazy.I took them off and squeezed one and got some water out of it.Apparently he'd washed them I'd had them on my shelf for 2-3 months and they still push water out.So any good way to get them dried out?

Drill one hole on each tire, In The Tread. Set them upright, hole facing down and leave them for a while. Every so often, massage the water towards the holes. It should only take a few times, and you don't have to get every drop out.
