The Integy.

I'd still get the checkpoint or the ICE.

You can buy the ICE cheaper than those two. And you wont have to borrow as much from mom and dad.

The IcE is about 125.00.

http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...=++&search3=Go

Motor break in and Lipo compatable with a 10 amp dischage feature, 4 step charge 10 battery memory.
Now you will have a charger.

the super brain needs a power supply just like a Ice does. So, if you don't have enough to buy a power supply as well, get the integy.

if it's between those two definitely get the Integy.

I've owned the 16x7 for years now. It's my workhorse. It stopped working correctly and they had me send it in. The repair was done in a jiffy and it only cost 35 bucks. They even paid for the Fedex to send it back.

Integy is a great company. More RC companies should follow in their footsteps.

the only reason you might want to spend more money is if you wanted to be able to charge higher than 5amps and discharge higher than 5amps.
