It all depends on how much traction is available. You need to tune based on that.
Dampening plays a large part in how quickly the suspension will compress and decompress. If you use the same shock oil, less holes=slower moving suspension, more holes=faster moving suspension.
But there's also the issue of "pack" which I don't understand completely; I don't even know how applicable it is to rc touring. Maybe someone can enlighten us on the topic.

is the 1k spool is for 05ms? im planning to get one.

You could always make your own spool with an old differential and some epoxy.
I think the JRX-S kit came with some sandpaper discs that you could use to make a temporary spool with the stock diff.
I have the regular TA05 spool and the only difference to a "homemade" spool is that it's all steel which is hard on the driveshaft pins.

about the ta05 spool, is i a direct fit for 05ms except its not wide pitch?

Quattro is right. I've been using the wide pitch one-way pulley on my spool.
