for 450 you can get pretty much any motor you want.

dude with that budget you can get just about any top end motor. id also look into the nova 12-3ct.
or you could buy say a motor around the sirio sti range and mod it.

When I was thinking about getting a stock JP, I was told that the fast guys at my track ran the stock JP and thought it was too slow, so they all upgraded to the mod version and were much happier.
