.28 Jammin Engine - Has anyone raced this Engine?
Does anyone have any opinions on the new Jammin .28 engines? I have a new Matrix Arena TR and I need a reliable race engine. I have narrowed my decision down to the LRP Spec 3 .28 truggy non-pullstart and the new jammin.
Please let me know what you think?
Thank you

From what I've seen the LRP is very fast for the money. That would probably be the more reliable of the two.

Which ever engine I end up going with, I will be putting my JP-3 pipe on it.

i have run about a gallon through the jammin engine with the jp3 and it has plenty of power. it will pull down straights. does great on fuel to i ran it for a little over nine minutes on one tank. overall a great engine and doesnt cost much

I ended up going with the LRP, but there are a few club racers running the Jammin and it looks like a good engine.

as far as reliability the jammin motors are unbelivable!
we have 20 gal plus on some of our race engines.
power is unreal and tuning is a breeze!
too bad you went lrp but im sure it will be a good motor!
good luck!

Yesterday, I was pitting for a buddy of mine who is running the Jammin and I only fueled him once in the 15 min main. He still had fuel left at the end to run about 4 more laps. Right now my LRP is not getting that kind of run time, but my bottom end still seams rich. Time will tell.
I am very impressed by what I am seeing with the Jammin motor

Hey guys... please come to Singapore R/C racers forum, under JAMMIN JPX.21 ENGINE THREAD, to post some of your experiences on this engine... Or maybe some tips to improve it, which pipe to match, etc... We need experts like you guys to share. Your help will be much appreciated...
