justfast150-houston is on the money. It really depend on the track, on a blown track front 7,000 center 10,000 rear 2,000 or 1,000. I run 10,000 front,20,000 center 2,000 rear sometime i run 20,000 in the front like i said depend on the track. Hope this helps lmk

Mugen used to have a kit to convert it into a truggy but they may be hard to find. It's called MSR777T. It won't be a ST-R.

I will post a set up for str blue groove track here in florida. You can try it in your part for town and see if it works lmk
