It could also be the foam pushed up against the case...Had this happen to me with my Helios and my M8. I would also check the wheel, if you broke off a little piece of plastic it can mess stuff up...
They make an aluminum wheel for the M11 now, if it is the plastic that broke.

Ok...I just tore the WHOLE thing apart. I think I've found what it was. The 3 screws behind the wheel were torqued down pretty tight...loosening each of those 1/4 turn seems to have freed everything up. The innards were clean and well lubed. Nothing broken, cracked or out of the ordinary.
Anyone else have this happen?

i had the samething happened to me and someone at the track told me to pull on the wheel gently and it popped right out and bada bing solve the issue.

Ive actually used about 2 shots of WD 40. Worked awesome.

The m8 has a big bearing that the wheel axle goes through, I had a dirty bearing in one. Blasted out the bearing and it worked fine, then I got a KO...
