Default O'donnell Glow Plugs

A few months ago I had the opportunity to try these plugs, And was amazed at how reliable they were.

They are available at local hobby shops now.

They are available for 1/10 & 1/8 scale engines.

Tenessee,

I just picked some up at Ultimate. I'm going to break in my Sirio with them this week. I've heard nothing but good things about them. Gotta get ready for Vegas baby!

Tennesse- These plugs have been out, its the OD077(i believe thats the number) for 1/10 and OD099 for 1/8. I had one but gave it to Frances at Airtronics as a back up plug. I never got a chance to try it out but I think I'll pick up another one to try. Elite also has them instock right now.

Hey Tennessee, congrats on the win @ the Airtronics Challenge. Anyway, these plugs better than the OS plugs? I've found the O.S. plugs to be very reliable, long lasting, and overall great to run. I might need to try these new plugs out. BTW, just out of curiosity what fuel are you running?

Tennesse- Damn! I wish I could go, but I signed up for the Silver State race(offroad) the week before(I believe) and won't have money and time to go to speedline too(the track is right next to speedline), but you can still send the plugs too me . Can you ask O'donnell if I can buy a Od head from him for the .12 Nova based motors? Ian can't get any from his dist. and I would really like to have one for my Nova motors.

The biggest gain that we have had with the O'donnel plugs is that they last alot longer under higher temps than most other plugs.
Hence you can run a leaner motor.

We were running the mugen fuel but are now going to switch to the O'donnel Since we have been given a sponsorship by them.

tennessee - what heat range would you say the O'Donnell plugs are compared to a Nova plug? I bought a few for my buggy but didn't know they had some for 1:10 scale also.
