Default Sanwa Super Exzes & Rex X Nitro Buggy Help

I have a problem with my Sanwa radio that maybe someone can help me with.
I have a spare Spektrum reciever that I want to put in my Rex X Car but when I do I can't seem to get enough servo travel on the throttle to allow the carb to open up fully and for the brake to function. When compared to the stearing servo (the same servo I maight add) the stering servo moves twice the distance the trottle one does.
I've tried reading the transmitter manual but it didn't seem to answer my questions.
Can anyone help please?

Thanks in Advance

Paul

are the throttle's EPAs set to full throw? throttle D/R set to full?
where are the linkages mounted on the servo horn? towards inside or outside of the horn? all these affect servo throw range.

Yep EPA is set at 140% and there is no D/R for Throttle on the transmitter.
Linkage on the sevo horn is set to the outer most hole. Any other ideas?

Thanks

Have you tried another model number .
A unused one will have a default value that shouldnt have any limits.
I have the EXZES but unfortunately don have a manual with me.
I can check tomorrow though.

Thanks

I've tried 2 model numbers, but I guess I could try one of the others and see if it'll work with that.

Any other ideas?
