Yes I do.

I installed the new IDM carb with insulation in my JL Evo3 and it was very hard to pull it down .. much harder than previous carb. Also noticed that upper o-ring doesn't enters in crankcase like older generation carb does

did I make anything wrong? I can't pull it any further the other carb went fine no problem
does anyone has a pic showing how it must be done?

We have also found that if you remove a slight amount of material from the carb body itself with some ultra fine cloth that you will find t will install better. The body is composite and there are some small differences rather then the standard metal body. This is one of those differences. Hope it helps

Guys,
if you think about your next upgrade, you should consider the new IDM clutch:
I used this clutch at the last race and I am totally amazed by it. It's tiny. The weight difference to the normal Mugen clutch is about 20 grams, which feels like a ton in acceleration.
Due to the hinged fly weights, it hit really hard if needed/wanted and it was absolutely consistent during the 30 min main.
Also, the clutch bell has four bearings instead of 3, which makes it spin true and very free. No play anymore.
I don't know if XS Power is importing them, but the sure ought to!

We just got them in and they went out the door as fast as they came in. The clutch works very well. We will be getting more in in a week or so.

hey Jerry, I have a question about the head gaskets, I willbe attending 301 race next week, and I planning to use 20% fuel. I run both IDM's evo2 and evo3 with .60 gaskets with 30%, for 20% what you recomend, some of my friends coments me that the OEM gasket(.40 for evo2 and .50 for evo3) are the right to use 16% up to 20% is that right? or what you recomend?
Thanks in advise!
