28, been in the hobby about 18 years. I did some figuring a few years ago and I was at close to 25K, I bet I'm pushing about 40K by now.

I would do it all over again too. Damn this addiction!

37 YEARS YOUNG and have been racing R/C cars and trucks since 1984 and flying R/C planes since 2002 and have spent at least 40k or more over the years and I tell ya it's been worth every pennie as I have met many good people from the R/C community and have made a few friends along the way ....

When I saw this thread I started to think about the last year or there about. That's how long I've been into RC, now that I'm not spending ALL my money on drugs (which BTW at the end of the night you've nothing to show for all the money spent) but spending a significant portion of my hard earned pay on RC the numbers started climbing up in my head I sure am glad I ain't married . In just 1 year 3 to 4 thousand dollars but probably more and I'm already thinking about buying another RC soon

AAAHHHH Yes,Nothin like the smell when you remove the shrink from a New Kit.......Or how about the sperament smell at the Carpet Races and the smell of burning foam from the Tire Truer!!!!

And how about the sounds of an new Nitro Engine being broken in.......and then how it sounds as it comes in tune.... Crisp.....and the smell of Nitro Fuel in the Air.........




PURE HEAVEN!! LOL!

P.S.Thinkin of opening an R.C. Help Center...Anyone want in on the
ground Floor?? LOL!!
