Vismund Cygnus

Long story short, my CV-RX was partially disassembled for about a year. THe cooling head, recoil starter, and the manifold were all taken and left off and sat like that for a while. How should I go about putting it back together? The piston, piston sleeve, and cranshaftt have all been left where they are and have not been removed.
