Default Problems with Sanwa M11

The wheel of my m11 won't re-center if I have the damping to soft ..
I have to turn it nearly fully in in order to achieve a proper recentering wheel .. kinda annoying to have to drive the damping so hard, but even with very hard damping it feels like something s rubbing, cause it doesn't move freely.

I know of several m11s having this problem.

Anybody found a solution for this?

I think if I could oben the wheel I could find out what is rubbing and could fix it but I can't remove the wheel/trim-unit from the transmitter.

Does anybody know how to do this?

thanks for help.

Martin.

ok as gut wrenching as it is what u have to do is firmly support the controller and yank the wheel u should here and feel a click but be sensible only medium force is needed and support where the wheel mounts.
ive had it happen to me it as if the return spring doesnt work? if so thats ur solution.
btw i was told to do the by rc champ ok so it isnt some hack fix as he asked sanwa and thats the way to fix it ok.
itll be fine just a nice jerk till here a click and should be perfect again
