Default Losi Taper Pins

I currently race at a dirt track that uses the Losi Taper Pins (pink) as the tire of choice. However, nobody seems to have them currently. Is there another tire that compares to them similarly?

I have tried the X-2000's and X-3000's by Losi, but they are not the same.

Thanks

Sorry, forgot to include that these go on a B4 buggy and the ones that seem to be the best are the Losi 7372P.

Is there another type (company) that puts out tires that are similar to these?

Here's a few things to try. The square fuzzies or evil twins are probably going to be your best bet.

Default Call Socal

They have a whole box of them, and they are no good on their track.
The box is marked 30% off.

Socal doesn't have any Pink Buggy tapers, only truck.

Also, there is no tires that will work the same, or even close...

the panther switch not the switch 2.0 or the panther puma are both very good for a somewhat loamy track type. either clay or soft compounds, since i haven't driven on your track its hard to say exactly what compound. the losi pinks are hard to find at times, but as the cactus classic get closer they show up a but more since it is the tire of choice for that race. i am kinda surprised that it is the tire of choice at your track with a bit of loam on it they are more of a blue groove swept track tire. i think that with the loam you have the puma would be more suited. do you guys run your track wet on club nights or dry?

hey

at the track where i race at the closest thing would be a panther cheetah, which was still a little on the loose side, not enough side bite.....

We run Losi pink Tapers at the indoor track that I run at, but we started running the Proline M3 Inside Jobs and had equal success if not better at times. I'd give a set of those a shot.

I second that for our track as well. Problem is, is that alot of the R3 inside jobs have been comming in and they look like a cross between a buggy and truch rear meaning the size is overly large for the norm. Not sure what goes on with that. And yes they do make a step pin for buggy. Not sure of the part number though.

There has never been a single person ever to run a pink Taper pin at the Cactus.....

Taper pins are the smallest pin size available..., step pins are the largest, won't really work in this application. Lugnuts, the same.

Have you tried X-2000s, or are they not flat enough?
