as i understand, if the car has been chipped, most remove the speed limiter... and to get up that fast, im fairly certain it has been! i know that my TT is limited at 130... till the new ecu gets here...

Too bad you're at rev limit at ~155. I still have plenty of revs to go when I hit 155 in my BMW 540i/six speed. LOL
