Exactly what I was thinking. And personaly if it were me I would be cautious about anything HPI comes out with after the Pro 3, cuz for a Pro 3 to be you favorite car means you spent about $800 hoping it up to get it that way.

Well...
you can look at it two different ways. Buy a Pro 3 for $189 and hop it up later, or buy a Cuda, X-ray, Yoke or EVO3 for $300 plus and its ready to go. What is the difference? Your paying for it either way. Now if they sold the Cuda for $200, I would consider it.

Right now my favorite is the TC3. I had and Evo3 and it had too many issues and it didn't perform the way I wanted it to. I hated to modify the car just so I could run foam tires without rubbing issues. I will never again buy a car that was not made with foam tires in mind.
As for the rest of the shaft driven cars, I am very glad that the market is getting flooded with new sedans because hopefully this will mean greater numbers will result in cheaper prices and more competitive sedans available for all racers. Everyone has their own preferences but in the end most of the cars out there are very competitive. I am interested in possibly trying the new R2 when they become available, the Yoke looks great and will definitely look forward to checking out the new shaft driven X-Ray that will be coming out late this year.

Haven't tried the Tamiya Evo's or the Alex car's but I have tried the FT TC3 and I like it better than Losi's xxx-s, Schumacher's mission and Yokomo's MR4TC, to me, the TC3 just has more corner speed.
