Which screw, the one that actually holds the gear or the ones for the case?

Depends on setup. I've used 60mm front and 59.5mm rear before.

Can you see a noticeable difference between the stock and the RS chassis on asphalt?

For some odd reason the manual instructs u to build them at that length but its totally wrong for 99% of us since most require min of 5mm for carpet racing and saving your chassis.
Most are buildin the shock sto 64mm+++ and you should be fine

Joech, maybe it was because I ran the Rear Shock Tower up front that I used the 60mm front shock length. When I ran a normal front shock tower, I was using 64mm front shock length.
Forty6, The more I run it the more the chassis feels consistant to me. But initially when I got it, the steering felt better, more responsive to me. Maybe because some of the slop was taken out. But I like this chassis for asphalt. For carpet, It'd probably have to double deck the upper deck to stiffin it up some. But I plan on goin with a tub chassis for carpet.... RaySpeed for Asphalt.

That's cool Matt, I should try that out in the few coming weeks. Are you also using the Team Suzuki top deck mounts or Shooters or stock plastic? What foams were you running? I ran Yok 26mm. But want to try Speedmind 28mm all around.

The TUB chassis is ging to be released at the end of november, but I don't know if it's going to be a graphite strenghtened one or not (I'm waiting for an e-mail that I hope will answer my question).
Seeing it at the Tokyo Hobby Show, I do not like it that much, I was planning on getting it for asphalt (because my SSG one didn't really like this hot racing summer on asphalt) but I'd rather get a new SSG chassis for carpet and run the older one on asphalt now...

Yea, I need the screw that hold the diff cups to the fing gear, it snapped right in half... Guess I was trying to run it a little too tight... I'm going to stop at my LHS ont he way home from work today... I checked the manual, they don't give a size for the screw, just the part number... Sucks, today is opening day for carpet season and I'm stuck at work... Part of working for the most overworked and understaffed police dept in the country...
