What % arms are you running? When I ran the new 80's I broke 3 fronts and a rear in one day. I started running the new 35's which are actually slightly stiffer than the old 75's, and havent really had much of an issue with them.

Don't know if anyone else has pointed this out yet or not, but it looks like the electronics have been moved back A LOT on the Phi...

Jeff, you need to make sure your axles are not sticking out beyond your rims. That, I have found, is one of the only times the arms will break other than an extremely hard impact.

Well, I updated it with Blackstock, Blueprinted RDX, some setup sheets and what not. Sorry I can't do daily updates for you Jeff.

I wish updating that was my only job. Someone has to take orders and ship them all.

Jeff

Is there a functional reason the axles aren't shorter? It wouldn't take much to ensure the nuts never stick out past the wheel.

Checking out Dayger's setup sheet from Novak race...what difference is there when running narrow vs. std hexes on front and rear or just one or the other?

thanks for the info, i went and checked my axles and i did notice that in the front end of the car the axles do stick out a hair farther than the rim.luckily i was going to put a thin wheel spacer in the front anyway. the problem is solved who thought it was that simple.. i have never had problems with the rear arms and maybe this is why...

oh on another note... brian, are you going to be running the phi anytime soon...
