Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me what type of flywheel I will need for a O.S 12TZ 5-Port (from Kyosho) to fit on a Kyosho V one S?

I would think the one that came with the kit.

No, the one that comes with the kit is way too small.
I also ordered part FD49 which is a flywheel specified to fit OS engines, but that part is too small as well.

Can anyone help?

What do you mean too small? The outside diameter of the flywheel, or the hole??? Are you using a 3-shoe type clutch...or centax style clutch? Are you having problems with it not hitting the starter box? I don't quite understand which part of the flywheel is too small. Why do you think that the flywheels you have are too small? Just trying to understand a bit more is all.

Doesn't V-ONE-S come with pullstart short shaft and the O.S. 12TZ (P) -T5 is Pilot shaft?

Sorry guys,
The inside diameter of the flywheel, where the crank is supposed to go through is too small.
What is even more stupid, is the fact the V-one-S is a pull start and I chose a pilot shaft engine, which doesn't properly fit my car!

Is my verdict already clear, or does anyone else have a possible solution?

They are 2 differences on 12TZ
1. 3 port
2. 5 port

In 3 port they are other 3 differences shaft
1.1 Standard shaft
1.2 Short shaft
1.3 Pilot shaft

In 5 port it is only 1 type of shaft
2.1 Pilot shaft

You can try to change the crankshaft from Pilot to short shaft. The part number is 21532050.
Remember 5 port shaft has a bigger hole (Turbo Crank) vs 3 port.

Your going to need the long shaft (standard shaft), and the prop washer, AND the FD49.

Go on the kyosho website and look up the part number for the V1R, you will need flywheel and clutch assy.

Those 5 port motors go really well too.
