Default Would you use this kind of servo?

Its a cheap servo, i think its around $25 anyone of you guys have any experience using this? any advantages or disadvantages?

I personally wouldn't use it, its a Tower Hobbies servo, and their stuff isn't the best of quality. Save yourself some money and frustration and get a quality servo. For a little over $50 you can look in the For Sale/Trade section and you might be able to find a good deal.

Purchase from Tower te futaba 9550. It costs $7? but it's a quality servo, last for long, used by many

Looks like a servo for nitro cars rather than electric... The servo is too slow for aglie electric cars. I would go for a servo with faster transitional speed, probably like 0.1 sec at least...

So, are there any links to good articles on choosing servos. I've only used the ones that came with my Spektrum radio but, I'd like to learn more about them for the next car I setup.
