I run an R303FHS RX, it's synth and has HRS. My Mamba Max setup offers 5V for BEC, but it seems this RX calls for 6V.

I see most RX list 4.8 OR 6V, this one doesn't seem to mention 4.8. I am using a Futaba S3050 digi servo too.

What is the story here?

yeah, i'm currently running it. it's been in this guise for about a week or so.

Well if it working whats the problom???The onlything I can think of happening is when your battery dumps you might loose control fo a sec or two...

im just curious why it doesn't list 4.8V like it does with the rest of the recievers and what effect giving 5V instead of the listed 6V would have; keep in mind i paid for HRS and a digital servo, so it's obvious i'm looking for the highest performance.

I'll ask futaba and hopefully they will have an answer.

I spoke to Futaba and they said the result would be a slower and less powerful servo; so, basically i'd be getting the performance spec'd in the 4.8V section of the servo spec sheet instead of the 6V. They did not address why the receiver itself doesn't have the exact designation of "4.8V or 6.0V" like many of their recievers do, but i asked if the 5V feed would effect the RX performance and they said no.
