Ok, so after reading this thread, I get this:

1. It is not necessary to solder the small resistor included in the package with the V8 capacitor.

2. The purpose of the small resistor is to discharge the capacitor after use. So once you have disconnected the battery from the car, touch the 2 leads of the capacitor with the small resistor to discharge the capacitor.

Did I get all this right?

Are you able to see the PCB, how they assemble it ? serial or parallel ?

Also are there any other components attached to the PCB beside the capacitors themself ?
