just got my body painted. (its not a concourse winner lol) but it looks alright.

Hey Chris it's on! I will be ordering extra parts for that qaulifier. Mario get your camera ready.I only wish I could be there but I have to work that weekend and still trying to recoup from this summers nitro season but I will be racing at Marshals this winter.Look at it this way,I would hate to show you guys up at the open house race especially with all that practicing you guys have done this summer

Funny how I have yet to buy parts for my $85 car...and it has easily 8,000
(no joke!) laps on it.

yo alex if you still have that stock armature ill buy it. my motor keeps chewing up armatures and there is never anything in the motor when i take it apart

MOre info."Chewing"? or Burning? What does the Comm look like???Red,yellow,black burned? Don't throw anything away...maybe just need to cut them.M

What type of brushes you running? If they are hard brushes it will eat the comm up quickly. Check your brush springs too, if they are to to strong you will eat the comm up. Try bending them slightly to reduce a lil pressure on the brushes. Use a different set of brushes and see how it goes.

thanks alex. the motors arent burning up and the comm looks good. the first time the copper wires got shreaded and the second time the green part cracked and there are peices missing

check the can maybe on of the magnets is coming loose

u might need a hole new motor

Welp...didn't make it yesterday.Oh well,next week. Xray...check the bushings on the can...possible wear and/or misalignment.Maybe a magnet or check the brace in between the magnets...been known to come loose and flop as you describe.After that..will have to look at it.M
