I'm pretty sure he made it or bought it from someone. I can see an esc in the pictures and those are proline wheels.

If you can't appreciate the creativity and craftsmnship behind this, then you really are missing out on a huge aspect of the hobby. I wouldn't want one but I can appreciate what went into it.

I wish the original poster would tell us a bit more about it. It's pretty amazing in it's design for sure. Nice work whoever built it. Not my style, but that doesnt make it any less impressive. I think it's good to see people getting creative. Whoever built that definately has the ability to built a very capable "more traditional" rc vehicle which they could sell. That's how it all got started.

well i got inspired (sp) went down to walmart, have you guys seen the really cool rc cars they have, this one company is making a seriously cool 1967 mustang fastback and a 54 vw bug, i'm sure the electrics are cheap as all get out, but i'm thinking with a retro fit with a good servo and electrics ya might just get a really cool functional car.
(the phase "all get out" and the word "ya" are not proper english and i already know this so no need to point it out. thanks)

Nothing wrong with slang, but, in here, I find it that mostly ADULTS communicate. And while I am a stickler for proper english, I won't flame on someone for improper english here and there. But all the yo yo and homie, that went out with huge crack sales, mullets and tai dye shirts.
